Delivery of Goods
We provide secure, fast, and reliable ordering services, ensuring your peace of mind while purchasing your desired jewelry.

  1. Store Pickup
    When ordering online, you may choose the “Store Pickup” option.
    The payer must pick up the goods in person. Please bring the “Pickup Notice” and present the credit or debit card used for payment for verification.
  2. Secure Packaging and Delivery Process
    We provide sealed packaging to ensure no third party has contact with the goods during transit. To protect customers’ interests, we or our delivery service partners may require the recipient to present identification (e.g., ID card, Mainland Travel Permit, passport, or driver’s license) for registration to ensure the goods are delivered to the intended recipient. All recipient personal data will be securely stored by our E-commerce Department and used solely for verification purposes.
  3. Authorizing Another Person to Pick Up Goods
    To safeguard your interests, please pick up the goods at the designated store in person. If you need to authorize another person to pick up the goods, the authorized representative must present the following documents at the time of pickup:
    (1) Authorization letter (please request via email in advance; we will provide it via email within one business day);
    (2) A copy of the recipient’s photo identification;
    (3) A copy of the credit or debit card used for payment;
    (4) The product pickup notice; and
    (5) The authorized representative’s identification.
    If the above documents cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the authorized representative from picking up the goods.
  4. Order Processing and Delivery Time
    Orders placed on this website are processed until 9:00 AM each business day. Payment confirmation and shipping arrangements will be completed within three business days.
    For customers opting for store pickup, goods will generally be ready for pickup within 20 business days.

    在網店訂購貨物時,可選擇「門店自取」方式。
    付款人必須親自取貨,請於取貨時攜同「取貨通知」並出示付款之信用卡或提款卡作核實之用。
  2. 嚴謹包裝及送貨程序
    我們提供密封式包裝,保證運送途中並無第三方接觸貨品。為保護顧客之利益,我們或代表我們的送遞服務商亦可能要求收件者出示身份證明文件登記(身份證、回鄉證、護照或駕駛執照等),以確保貨品妥善送到收件人手上。所有收件人個人資料將妥善保管於本公司電子商務部,並只作核實收件之用。
  3. 授權他人取貨
    為保障您的權益,請於指定門店自取。如需授權他人取貨,收貨人的授權代表需於取貨時出示以下文件:
    (1)授權書(請於取貨前以電郵方式向我們提出申請,我們將於一個工作天內以電郵提供);
    (2)收貨人附有照片的身份證明文件副本;
    (3)付款的信用卡或提款卡副本;
    (4)貨品取貨通知;及
    (5)授權代表的身份證明文件。
    若未能提供上述文件,本公司有權拒絕收貨人的授權代表代領貨品。
  4. 貨品處理及運送時間
    本網站於每個工作天上午九時截單,並於三個工作天內確認貨款及安排發貨。
    選擇門市自取的客戶,一般將於20個工作天內收到發貨通知。
